Well… Hmmm…. Well….

Um - not really sure what to think of this doll… Is it the poor photography? The washed out hair? Upon closer inspection it looks like her hair is a 2 tone mix - perhaps it might be pretty?

The blue front facing chips don’t do it for me… She does look like she has pretty face coloring on the side glancing photo.  The dress is a huge disappointment. I was worried for a second when I saw the sketch for this doll - I had been wanting to do an extravagant lolita dress at some point with the Carousel fabric that I have for SqueakyMonkey. I guess we’ll have to see pictures from collectors… Perhaps she has hidden potential.

I was completely wrong about my feelings about Angelica Eve. She is a real beauty.

    please be pretty in real life, the outfit looks pretty cheaply made but the shoes are cute

    I’m really disappointed by this doll. Judging from the drawing she could have been a pretty gothic lolita girl. But they totally messed up the outfit: the skirt is too long, and the shiny fabric makes it look cheap! I wish they wouldn’t always use shiny fabric, it’s not good for all clothes… :(
    Her hair is a mix of pink and light brown. I think it’s nice they use a different hair color, I’m waiting for collectors’ pictures of her redressed to see how it looks.
    I should be happy, I will not be tempted to get her even if I don’t have the money. ^_^;

    I completely agree… It could have been an amazing outfit. For the record - Jam Fancy had nothing to do with this doll - and you can tell…

    I have been kind of disappointed with most of the new releases. HH was my last takara purchase, and hopefully won’t be my last purchase period!

    I’ve seen more photo’s of her since and there’s a marked difference again in hair colour. Recent photo’s I’ve seen her in she looks a good deal better. Still not sure about the shiny polyester outfit (though design wise is actually alright).
