Natasha Moore Blythe Sketch
Natasha Moore is a stylish spy… Could she be a distant relative of Roger Moore (one of many who played the part of James Bond 007)?
Another fantasy hair doll release. I’m not too keen on the color purple - but, this outfit looks very promising and the color might be a pleasant surprise.
Accessories are key - Sunglasses! Let’s cross our fingers that this is a new shape and not the same old glasses we already have… Let’s also hope they stay on her head. (Also wondering when we’ll get another Blythe with regular glasses - a girl can dream! Can’t she?)
The dainty little blouse and skirt are appealing - but, the clincher is that houndstooth coat! Very nice - very nice indeed!
This Blythe doll will be an SBL with fair skin. Her coloring looks nice and she has a beauty mark and purple eye chips. It’s great that they are offering more dolls with non-standard chip colors. If you don’t care for the purple hair - she might be a great candidate for a scalp swap with another doll or perhaps an experimentation in mohair?
Release date: March 2008
Scheduled price: 10,290 yen (tax included)

Our favorite Japanese Pattern book has a new issue coming out very soon. This one looks to be super colorful and full of inspiring eye candy! Even if you don’t sew - these books are always filled with amazing doll photography and worth adding to your library and why not give sewing a try - it’s fun and very satisfying when your doll is wearing something you made just for her.

For those of us that aren’t fortunate enough to be able to attend this amazing event on January 28th. We have to live vicariously through others like lholy-chan (pronounced “lolichan” in english or french andロリちゃん in japanese) from Flickr! She shares her experience with us in an extensive photo set.
Here are a few that she has shared with us.
